I used every ab machine in the book. I used to be toned down, you couldn't tell me jack, and Janet didn't have anything on me, but I also played sports. You do lose what you don't use. So i was like okay i'll try this(ab machines) not one of the ab machines work. So i started going to the gym, by doing that and going to school, *i am a physical education major,* I learned how your body stores fat, the physiology of the body etc etc, bla bla bla.

Like you said, you have to work diligently with those machines, but they only do so much, because your body get used to reps, which means you have to do more, as you get stronger. When people don't see the results they want, or what they were told they were gonna get, they quit. So being diligent is a must have.

Knowing and understanding that you can not SPOT REDUCE, IS A BIG MUST ALSO. understanding that ISOLATING THE MUSCLE, IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WHILE BURNING FAT, IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS.

ISOLATING AND SPOT REDUCING IS DIFFERENT. YOU MAY DO 600 SIT-UPS A NIGHT, AND HAVE STRONG STOMACH MUSCLES, BUT IF YOU HAVE FAT SURROUNDING THOSE STRONG ABS, IT DOESN'T LOOK ALL THAT GREAT. WHICH, INCLUSION MEANS THE FLAT STOMACH YOU WANT, IS NOT NOTICABLE, BECAUSE OF THE LAYERS OF FAT.

AEROBIC/CARDIO WORK OUT BURNS THE FAT, TO WANT TO REMOVE, SO 15 -20 MIN A DAY OF THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED.
YOU CAN SEE RESULTS IN 2 WEEKS.

OH YEAH, AND STAY AWAY FROM RED MEAT, IT SITS IN YOUR STOMACH, CAUSING YOU TOO LOOK BLOATED. JUST THOUGHT I'D LET YOU KNOW
