Yep. (I feel like I'm doing a commercial--lol.) But you have to be diligent in using it. It sat in my house for about 3 months and I had probably used it 2 times b4 I decided to see if it really worked and to my surprise it did.
You sound like you are fairly knowledgable exercicser so do you think it has helped you get results you would not have with out it?
B4 I started using this machine my abs never looked like the do now and I exercised pretty regularly. I can now see a little definition. I'm not saying my abs look like Janet Jackson's, but I definately have seen a change.
