You also have to remember that you must change your eating happens and incorporate some cardio into your routine somewhere. You have to do cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Cuz, if there's a layer of fat hiding that six-pack, then no Ab device alone is gonna work magic in order for you to see it.

Is the AB Doer II one of the electronic belts? Do you really think it makes a difference? You sould like you are faiirly knowledgable exercicser so do you think it has helped you get results you would not ahve with out it?
