I have the AB Doer II & I will say that with hard work and dedication, you will see some results.
You also have to remember that you must change your eating happens and incorporate some cardio into your routine somewhere. You have to do cardio at least 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Cuz, if there's a layer of fat hiding that six-pack, then no Ab device alone is gonna work magic in order for you to see it.
