That's an article about a committee that is discussing how to make Mexico more competitive, you know, bolstering their economy. This would be a good thing. There's nothing in there about your other assort ramblings.

I love that the other site, a group aimed at making our borders stronger by increasing the security of both countries to either side of us, and increasing the prosperity of that poor country to the south of us, you know the one where people will risk death to leave and come here and make money?
