Is there anyone out there who can give us a report on how Beta Upsilon at UC-Boulder is doing?

For those that don't know, the fraternities on that campus decided to disaffiliate from the school. They operate independently, maintain their own interfraternity council and have hired a "greek advocate" (in place of a greek advisor).
This continues to be a significant experiment and one that every fraternity should be watching. It will answer,
can we succeed on our own?
I hope someone out there (NIC?) is putting this situation under the microscope.
