Kohl's is between Target and whatever your local Federated and/or May Company department store is (that would be Foley's in your case, bucutie). They sell Levi's and other similar brands, for less than you would pay at the bigger department stores. They have cologne but not cosmetics. (btw cash78mere, Hechts = Filene's or Kaufmann's, depending where in NY you are. It's all May Company.)
OMG Tracy, I have actually been to Upton's when my best friend lived in Columbia. I was bummed to find it gone on a visit back there.
While we're on department stores, this is a shot in the dark: has anyone from Virginia ever heard of a place called Montaldo's?
