SP is Sparkpeople. It's a totally FREE website that has nutrition and fitness trackers, tons of helpful articles, message boards and a point system to allow you to (wait I don't think you get anything special for points..besides online trophies), they have SparkPages which allow you to have a blog and connect with folks. ALL SORTS of SparkTeams for whatever the occasion (profession, common interests, etc.) It's great! And again IT'S FREE!!
