I hear you Redefined! That's where I was about 2 months ago, but I'm almost back on track- even without going to the gym much. It helps that I'm in NYC though- I now walk everywhere and have been realllly good about what I eat about 80% of the time- I still allow myself to indulge in things I really love (if I don't then I will do it later in bigger portions) but try to start the day right with a yogurt parfait and have a salad for lunch with protein- that way if I have pizza for dinner or have a brownie it isn't quite so bad. I'm not dieting- I'm just trying to establish healthier habits in picking what I eat.
The coffee helps too. A lot.
