To the newly inducted:
If someone desires membership into our illustrious organization, your question should be how come? Then, let the interest decide how to explain himself or herself to you. The KEY IS: Keep them talking! The more they talk, the more you know about who they are. If they say ignorant stuff, that information they have only requires you to say "continue doing your active research". Then, smile... K.I.M.
It is not your job to convince them to join our organizations. If they bad mouth one group versus another, that is them and they have chosen to not learn deference. At this time, if they choose not to learn deference, they you cannot teach it to them because they choose to be foolish.
I received an PM about learning more about AKA MIP. I have choosen not to respond to it. What can I say? I do not understand what they are asking.
