Walking is WONDERFUL!! before I began running, I use to walk a good 3 miles a day..in the mornings and 3 miles with a walking group. They say you should get about 10,000 steps per day to be in good health, which is about 5 miles. Way to go!

So rather than grousing about the other 0.6 that I "need," I am claiming the victory now and will be planning my day trip, probably for early August.
I never imagined three years ago when I began my journey that I would be where I am now. I have stretched myself (in body and mind) in ways I would have found inconceivable before.
In the meantime, I am creating my final goal poster (yep, the LV). Onward and downward!
Thanks to everyone on this board for your support! Web site will be coming soon ...

Congrats!! I need to be like you and WW. I've not removed as much weight as I would have like since joining WW a year ago. I know that this year alone, I haven't been as strict as I need to be, so I've got my goals in place..to lose up to 20lb by by b-day in Oct and another 10 by the new year. I know I can do it if I continue running like I have been.
