I'm so happy for you chantilly. You will be an asset to whichever chapter you join.
As for the rush crush comment, it just means that the girl really likes you. We used to use that phrase sometimes for a girl we really wanted, but not to them. I don't know that I'd classify it as a rush infraction though, as she wasn't saying it on behalf of the chapter.
