my school was about 3,100 people, with 2,500 or so being traditional undergrads.

We're an almost entirely local campus. 6 Local sororities, all over 80 years old. Tau Delta
Sigma Alpha Tau
Theta Nu
Epsilon Kappa Tau
Kappa Phi Omega
Tau Epsilon Mu

And seven fraternities, all local except one.
Alpha Sigma Phi (national, also youngest)
Pi Kappa Phi (not the national, a local that goes by "Country Club", well over 100 years old)
Sigma Delta Phi
Lambda Gamma Epsilon
Eta Phi Mu
Zeta Phi
Pi Beta Sigma

We have students who join city-wide NPHC chapters, most prominent on our campus are AKA and APhiA, although I was seeing more and more DST letters recently.

Our campus is about 20% greek, plus or minus. It used to be a LOT bigger, but que sera.
