Sometimes, you'd almost have to. Or you could make items which would be sold later to benefit the national group.

It's a shame because sometimes a charity or community service group really might need the benefit of a couple of thousand extra hands, in terms of sorority members and PNMs, but with recruitment there are build in limits.
