I don't have an established four day work week but by working from home roughly once every week to every two weeks, I enjoy one of the benefits that I did not see mentioned: saving gas $ (if you have more of a leisurely day and don't have to run many errands on that day). If you have a commute, this can be a non-trivial cost savings.
