maybe it is a community college/technical college thing...the technical college i work at has a 4 day week for students and faculty. the faculty just has to have a full 40 hours per week at the school. since im a staff member

i would love a 4 day work week. i work 830-5 anyway, by the time i get off i cant do anything (i.e. appointments, etc.) so the schedule would be great for me. and who doesnt like a 3 day weekend? if you're lucky a holiday would fall on that Thursday or Monday and give you a 4 day weekend!!
