International can take a while. I started applying for a volunteer position last march and it got sorted out around October. Just hang in there and let them know what you are interested in and be persistant - also use Heather
. One of my good friends is a volunteer for international as soon as I talked to her, everything seemed to snap into place. Also you may be interested in looking into a region that isn't your own: I'm the MDA for Eastern Canada/Eastern NY and I'm from the DG chapter in Vancouver, BC!
