my school has just three national greek orgs...D Phi E and Phi Sig Sig for sororities and TKE for fraternities. meanwhile we have 4local sororites and 4 local fraternities...so it's mainly a local run school, but no one at all makes any sort of differentiation between the locals and nationals, it's all just one system. in fact the independents at our school would never know the difference between the groups, they're all very similarly run. by the way, i'm a member of one of the locals
