I'm going to be at HQ over Spring Break (last week of February) to start setting up the archives (cataloging, properly storing,etc). I was also there the first Friday in January. Its a gorgeous building--but I still don't get the padded walls!
Seriously, the walls are covered with fabric (rather than wallpaper) that has batting behind it. Colleen couldn't tell me exactly why the decorators did it and the only thing I could think of was sound dampening.
