Honestly, I think that Roz made this into an issue of us attacking her because she was in a "new" org. I know for myself, her organizational affiliation never even came into play. It's just as soon as someone says something that contradicts her opinion, she makes it into a "I am in a new org, so you all are bashing me" thing, when really it is just a matter of one individual disagreeing with another individual.
