work fines?
I'm re-vising our chapter standing rules for the summer, and I wanted to incorporate the use of work fines to go along with monetary fines.
Has your chapter tried doing this, and was it successful? I just need a little help because I'm not sure how to run with this.
side note: Our chapter is rather small, 15 actives;5 carry-over new members and total is 40.
