I didn't know "Starter Wife" was a book. I just saw the previews (which probably said "From the book Starter Wife", but I wasn't paying that much attention) and thought it would be a good show. Read the book last summer -- very good. This was when I was on my Devil Wears Prada, The Nanny Diaries, The Ivy Chronicles, Shopaholics series, etc etc etc kick.
