I was so surprised and happy to see this thread! I felt like such a dork at Convention when I bought the Gamma Phi Beta crest cross-stitch kit (I was 23 at the time)
. I finished that one this winter, but I didn't realize before I started that the material they gave me in the packet was too small to include the lamp on top and the scroll with our letters on the bottom. So I've started a second one, now. Reading about you women who also cross-stitch crests will inspire me to finish it this summer!
