We are still making all of our regular payments. We have worked hard to get a good credit report (we did some stupid things early in our marriage... but now are both in the 700's with hubby almost to 800 Fico score), so I'd rather keep making payments and not screw with the credit record.
We left another message with our lawyer about our next step.
