Between Wells Fargo and Bank of America, I am not sure which is worse.
Document everythime you call with time, date, and persons name.
I am sure that a Good Lawyer could end up sueing for damages as they can and will transfer this to your credit report then look out!
Suggest taht you always finance through a local bank from now on.
