I don't have the slightest clue what the "strongest" houses at Bama are, as I don't pay attention to reputations on other campuses. But the above listed sororities would seem to meet the criteria of "oldest on campus" and "not founded in the South."
She was looking at a bunch of DZ threads yesterday, so my guess would be DZ.
