That's the way I view it - incestuous. I've definately had crushes on guys, but I tried to block it out of my mind. Apparently, I'm in the minority who views it as such.

I don't know about other people, I actually get hit on by more women than men (no, I don't look like the women in those sites). The percentage of women I wish to return the favor, is an entirely different story
There is a limited dating pool, but apparently some of them can pick you out in a crowd, even if you don't fit the stone butch woman or flamboyant gay man stereotype. The same thing happens to my gay and bi friends.
As for partners, it seems that some of them go through as many partners as straight folks do.
But, I agree, with the limited numbers, I don't see how it is that possible.
