Well, there ARE women rapists out there too. Like with women, just because a guy's body gets aroused doesn't mean that he consents. This too is about power.
However it is predominantly a male thing. I think women make up for it, you know metaphorically, with the women who falsely accuse men of rape. You get men whose lives are ruined and true victims who aren't beleived because of it.
