While I see where you are coming from, Reds, that's an extremely short-sighted snap judgment your are passing not only on white people, but black people as well. Neither blacks nor whites are a monolithic cookie-cutter race. Blacks are no more inheritantly committed to the welfare of the Black community than Whites being inheritantly ignorant and insensitive to the challenges of Blacks.

I could say more, but suffice it say, whatever our social circles we congregate and socialize in, we are not a monolithic group.
