This has been my experience, too - only the bidless PNM gets a call between 6pm-7pm (bids are picked up at 8pm). Forget call waiting or anything else - NO ONE going through Recruitment allows anyone on their phone during "the hour"! I think your campus asking if they'd like a visit or a call is
much kinder. I know I would prefer a call, but there are always those who'd rather have a shoulder to cry on.
