One thing I noticed that nobody mentioned is that the owner of the steakhouse USED TO BE friends with OJ, but then OJ went to trial and got away with murder (IMPO), so the owner decided "this is not a person I want to be associated with".
Businesses have the right to refuse service. IMO the owner had every right to tell OJ "sorry not serving you".
The thing with the lawyer, it's not like OJ was alone. He had a party with him and the owner told all of them to leave. It would only be racism if the owner told only told OJ to leave. They don't have a leg to stand on.
