I hope you dont feel unwelcome at GC. It's just that maybe you should take some time to see how the forum works unless you've been an SO (silent observer). Advice is usually given on an as solicited basis. So if someone posts something like... "How do I fry chicken wings"
or What is the best seasoning salt, Lawry or McCormack?
people reply to that post.
So I may speak for some GCers when I say we welcome your willingness to help and hope that you can also learn about concepts that are attempted to be upheld daily, humility, respect and discretion.
