Thanks for your post. I hope you are right. She has her heart set on Spelman....and joining a sorority. I want for her what her heart desires...almost like she were my own daughter. I love that little girl!
She is biracial, but we are an old "Southern" predominately white family and most everyone has pledged NPC sororities. But you would be surprised how atypical we really are. This family's generation has Black, White, Japanese, Chinese and Dominican 'blood'. (I hate that term
)
