betapsgirl: You may want to reconsider that statement. Many of us were Rho Chis. I was and have held an exec position on PH for 3 year and we are not on the rotation method, I was elected to be on and was very productive.
There is nothing unpanhellenic about pointing out the obvious regarding standings. Some groups are stronger and it is the system that supports all of our growth. Stronger helps the weaker and the weaker learn from the stronger. To say we are all the same is not true, it wouldn't even be fun. Things change and standings change, that's the exciting part. We all want the system to work and if we were all the same recruitment would be that much more confusing. If it didn't matter why do schools give chapter of the year award and most improved awards...and for that matter, why do national groups do the same. We all want to be the best and that isn't possible, but it is fun seeing your sisters work together to be better and better each year, even if you are the strongest, it isn't easy staying that way.
