Congrats Whiteroses on Chi Omega!!
My chapter, Psi Mu, is only 4 years old on UCF's campus, so we're fairly new here too! Look at being 'new' this way: you and the sisters get to shape the chapter to be what YOU want. You guys get to come up with your own traditions. It all starts with you! The way I see it, I can come back to Psi Mu in 20 years and say to the girls, "Ya'll do things THIS way, bc way back when, WE started it that way!!" We're waiting on land to start building a house, but we started a 'wish list'- which is stuff we all want to have in our house when we start building. I know. personally, that I feel like I contributed alot to Chi O since I joined when it was so young.
UCF's greek community has been great to us too. Here at Central Florida, the greek community is expanding! Theta came on campus last year and I think Kappa is coming soon too.
