My mom has an oooooooold Fashion Fair blush compact in the most unnatural shade of red for someone of a medium caramel color. I finally made her throw it out.
As far as lips go, I use
Rosebud Salve as my general chap defense (it's so good, and it works wonders on any little dry spots, and breakouts, too). When I'm going out, my favorite gloss is
Stila Lip Glaze in Brown Sugar (it has just a little touch of shimmer, and lots of shine).
