HC I felt a need to post the definition of the word discretion?
HC Discretion = The quality of being discreet or circumspect?
HC Discretion also means = The freedom to make one's own judgements?
HC Discretion also means = The ability to make wise choices or decisions?
HC If you add that together it would look like: being circumspect + own judgement + wise decisions = discretion?
HC to me the bottom line is be
thoughtful and cautious when making judgements
so that your decisions are wise?
HC this is a hard concept to grasp?
