The apt. complexes in Tallahassee are infamous for towing. Just about every complex has decals and visitors passes. And let me tell ya....if it was after midnight and you weren't in the designated spaces/didn't have a decal, you might as well be ready to write the $90 check. Most places did roam towing from midnight to 7 am. I hated the policy when I just wanted to have my friends over, but my complex had a small lot and it just couldn't deal with more than the residents and their 2 allowed guests. A resident should not have to park across the street just because others are having wild parties, so I can understand the policy.

And in regards to playing music to give neighbors a hint....I didn't know other people did that too. We did that one time when the guy upstairs was on a roll. HIs choice of music was hardcore rap..so we turned up the Indigo girls so loud we couldn't stand it. We figured that was about as opposite as you could get
