HC I've been a real teacher for about a month now?

HC I won't get used to this because I may switch schools and get a lazy teacher's aide, or none at all?
HC 6 of my students' parents speak limited English?
HC I need to brush up on my Spanish skills?

HC I was reprimanding a student, and I turned around and she was right there?

HC, according to our New Teacher Program, I must turn my lesson plans in to a certain Assistant Principal EVERY WEEK?
HC we also have to meet once a month @ 7:10 am?
HC that reminds me of student teaching?
HC they just do that @ the school I work at?
HC the district doesn't have a mandated program?
HC the teacher who I share a classroom with doesn't get to school until 7:30 sometimes?

HC I usually have to beg the custodian to open the room for me, after asking him 3 times in a 30 minute time period?
HC that is a hot mess?
HC I asked for a key to the room?
HC they haven't replied to my request yet?

HC they got me in the coldest room in the school?
HC I have to bring a coat to wear in the classroom?
HC when it got cold here, I had to wear a sweater and a coat because they forgot to turn the a/c off?
HC I found out that the A/C is set to 59 degrees?

HC most of the people in my graduating class are just substitutes, or interim teachers, as my district likes to call them?
