In my opinion, he shouldnt be held to fed. charges. Ryan is a pretty sarcastic guy, no one takes anything he says too seriously. unfortunatly, this time, he was talking to the wrong person. He's not that much of a liberal-hater to do something that extreme. You can get a search warrant off heresy, but im not too sure what they found in his dorm besides pot and a pipe (which would be pretty typical in most dorms at LSU). Whatever the case, I am praying for him and his family, and hope for the best.

I understand that you know him personally and care about him. I'd probably feel the same way about one of my sarcastic friends who like to joke a lot. But the thing is that nowadays you CANNOT take these things lightly. What would happen if there maybe was a darker side to him and he really did plan on doing it? You just really have to be careful what you say to people.
