You need to find other schools with people who think as you do and start a chapter there, and keep doing it. If you have say 25-35 chapters then you can be considered a National if you are in several states. International if you are in more than one country.
What I am saying, is if you are a local, it is easier to affiliate with a National that has the same Ideals and Principles that you have.

I am not knocking Locals as there are many around and doing very well! Today the Risk Management and Insurance cost that comes from it are very pro hibiative if you have a house. Building!

This is true, but insurance wise, our organization got a sweet deal for our chapters. If the people of an organization have the time and effort to turn a local into a national, then it can happen. BUT, there must be people willing to do what needs to be done in order for that to happen.
