Like I mentioned above we had parking right outside our patio. So why was it that when my roomie and I would come home late from the gym we would have to park in the other apartment complex's parking? It drove me nuts because some stupid lady and guy who lived in the other complex would park in our lot. I don't know how many times I was tempted to leave them a note but never did  Worse yet, I would get infuriated by those who'd park and take up TWO spots! ARG! I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that anymore!

lol, I've gotten used to calling the towing company. There are two spaces per apt plus 2 visitor spaces for the whole complex. Perhaps those 2 visitor spots aren't enough for everyone, but there are places by the dumpster they can park! Plus lots of kids think they can just park in the complex and walk to class cause it's so darn close to school. They get the "missing car" syndrome when they get back!
If someone ends up in my space, I make a few knocks on doors inquiring and if I don't find that person, it's NOT my problem.
It's the responsibility of the tenants to tell their guests not to park in marked spaces!
