What is interesting about this campaign is that it is promoting the overall upliftment of African American girls and women. The thought is if girls and women are lifted up, so will the boys and men. Basically, support for mothers from womb to tomb... Better health care: both mental and physical, will improve childhood educations and whole host of things.

And I don't think it can be implemented because these young people into gansta rap/dirty south hip hop could care less about anyone, much less themselves... But, hey, I could be surprised.
