They used to do this nifty little thing where before the shoe they'd show a graphic of a stick figure family, a kid, a teen and parents. And then whichever ones shouldn't watch the show were darkened and the ones who were "old enough" were lit up.

Not so sure if they do that anymore. But they have had teen shows for a while now.
