Had a similar problem once - I had a co-chair position with one of my sisters. She totally flipped out at me one day in chapter because I was giving our report that week and I didn't do it the way she would have done it, or something.
She looked the worse for it, though, because I stayed calm while she yelled at me and threw things. It didn't affect my leadership roles any; a few months later I became Panhel rep.
So I wouldn't worry; your sisters will take anything she says with a grain of salt.
