Hey there Mark... congratulations to Phi-Tau Zeta! It's always great to hear about a chapter establishing itself and becoming so strong.
There was a time when our chapter (Zeta-Epsilon Zeta) said that all of the fraternities and sororities hate us too. Of course, that eventually changed to, "All the sororities come to see us, all other fraternities want to BE us!"
Again, congratulations. I hope your 2nd 25 years are even better.
