Alpha Gamma Delta's New Member Manual is not on our website. (At least, not that I was able to locate, and I'm fairly well-versed in the contents of our site.)
I don't think its necessarily an effort to keep anything "secret" (as the information on our Founders, Purpose, and symbols are publicly available under different headings on our site). Its just not a manual that's out there - not even in our members only section where other types of manuals are available.
(Of course, once you get access to the Members Only section, you're already initiated and probably don't need a copy of the New Member Manual anymore.
