I'm an iniated sister of Kappa at Florida State. due to monetry issues, I'm transferring down to the University of South Florida to live at home. I don't want to resign, so I'm supposed to on associate status, but I want to work on getting a chapter started at USF while I'm there. They've got 8 sororities, and quite a few fraternities, and they of course, need a Kappa. any ideas on how to do this? My own chapter council doesnt really want to talk about it:/
