Very true. Though I know that many undergraduates don't give a lot of thought to that. (I suppose I didn't at the time, but I was very fortunate to still end up in an organization that I'm very happy with on an International level.)
(Just realized that I've been an alumnae longer than I was an undergraduate member already.
Hadn't thought of it in those terms before.)
