I have never figured out how being suspended WITH pay is a punishment. I WISH they would suspend me WITH pay. Free days off? Sounds great.
I cannot imagine any circumstances under which this would be justifiable and I'm betting if she wasn't the mayor's sister, she would have been convicted.
